Job description Job title: Senior Quality Assurance Representative Location: Waco, Texas Status: Temporary to Permanent Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for verifying a comprehensive and accurate product is being delivered to customers of client. Ability to review, on average, a minimum of 3+ claims per hour. Review product for accuracy and completeness. Other duties as needed. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience field adjusting involving the use of Xactimate and 7+ years of previous experience in a QA program which required estimating coverage utilizing Xactimate Background in construction and repair methods, 10 years required Previous experience creating and/or reviewing, all types of property losses including mid- large loss files Previous inside carrier experience, preferred Read, comprehend, and apply coverage Excellent computer skills including typing, Microsoft products and web based applications Strong math skills Attention to detail and organized Self-motivated, critical thinker who displays effective problem solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn new software Superior customer service
